This notice explains what happens to the details you give us when you join the PlumbSketch waiting list or email us.

Who we are

PlumbSketch is drawing software for heating and plumbing installers, currently in development. You can contact us about your data at info@plumbsketch.com.

What we collect

Your name, email address and, if you choose to give them, your company and the type of work you do.

Why we use it

To tell you when PlumbSketch is ready, offer early access and founding member pricing, and occasionally ask for your views on the product. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by joining the list. We will not sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.

Where it's stored

Sign-ups are stored by our website host, Netlify, and emails are handled through Microsoft 365. Both providers protect data with UK GDPR safeguards, including where it is processed outside the UK.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove you, or 12 months after PlumbSketch launches if you haven't become a customer, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing info@plumbsketch.com. Every email we send also lets you unsubscribe. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
